
Colombia Los Pinos
Light/Medium Roast. Best served black. Finca Los Pinos is owned and operated by Arcenio Hernández and his family. His 9 hectare farm sits at 1775 masl and is located near the town of La Argentina in the Huila region of southwest Colombia. Hernández cultivates several botanical varieties including: Colombia, Castillo, Tabi and Typica. They wash the coffee via a mix of anaerobic and aerobic fermentation methods and dry the washed parchment on covered African raised beds. The coffee is grown in the shade of native hardwoods and fruit trees.
