Colombia Finca La Telaraña
Light/Medium Roast. Best served black.
Tasting notes: plum jam, red wine, chocolate, brown sugar.
Grown at the farm La Telaraña (Spiderweb) in the town of Salamina.
Coffee cherries were harvested very ripe, open air fermented in whole cherry for 24 hours, and then anaerobically fermented for 50 hours. Dried as a natural process.
